Zucchini Fries
For 2 

Fries:

  • 1 zucchini, cut into „chips“

  • 3 tbsp chickpea flour

  • 5 tbsp hemp seeds

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp paprika powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp five spice mix

  • Olive oil

Dip: 

  • 2 slices of lemon

  • 250g Greek yoghurt

  • 1/2 cucumber, grated 

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place the zucchini on a plate and sprinkle some salt on it. Cover with kitchen paper and place something heavy on top of it. This will drain out the water and make sure your fries are not too soft afterwards. Keep patient for 20min, it‘s worth it 😉 

  2. Mix all ingredients besides the oil in a bowl. Then  drizzle your zucchini fries with oil and place them one by one into the mixture until fully covered. Place on a baking tray and bake for approx 20min.

  3. During that time, prepare the dip: mix the greek yoghurt with the grated cucumber, ad salt&pepper and lemon juice. Add mint or cilantro if you wish so. 

 Almost better than normal fries!
