Cauliflower mash
For 4 
  • 1 cauliflower

  • 80g butter

  • nutmeg

  • salt

  • pepper

Cauliflower puree is the light alternative to mashed potatoes and tastes at least as good :)


  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets, cut the stalk into small pieces. Then cook all in a steamer or steamer basket for about 20 minutes (should be very soft).

  2. Add butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg and puree until smooth.


Tastes great as a side dish, or with homemade pesto on top.
