Cauliflower mash

1 cauliflower

80g butter

nutmeg
-
salt
-
pepper
Cauliflower puree is the light alternative to mashed potatoes and tastes at least as good :)

Cut the cauliflower into florets, cut the stalk into small pieces. Then cook all in a steamer or steamer basket for about 20 minutes (should be very soft).

Add butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg and puree until smooth.
Tastes great as a side dish, or with homemade pesto on top.
