Avocado Toast No.2
For 1 avo-lover
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 slice sourdough or wholemeal bread, toasted
  • 100g Cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt & pepper

For the confit, chop the onions very finely and press the garlic. Fry both in a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper and simmer at low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Put the avocado slices on the toasted bread and spread the confit on top. Enjoy warm :)
